Lost my Rank

Hello, i lost my rank today 26.07.2020 because the server was hacked. When i joined today i didnt have a rank. i bought it 2 days ago 24.07.2020. When i lost the rank it was on my account (samibi700) It was the SkyVIP Rank. Today i made a diffrent account (Samibi) and now my main acount will be (Samibi) i was wondering can you give the rank on my (Samibi) account, because i wont play on the (samibi700) account anymore. if theres any more info you need, or proof that i bought my rank. Please make a payment related thread about this through this link https://pika-network.net/payment-support/ and show valid proof that you bought the rank and lost it.
