i've been through this twice before so ill help you solve it,
first make a support ticket about your password
title it whatever you want
select the department of your problem in which your case is it's "password reset"
if you have patience don't change the priority, if you want your reset as fast as possible choose the high priority setting.
write your story of how you lost your password provide screenshots of the problem
and provide evidence that the account is yours, the staff will reply so be patient ok?
the staff will take care of the rest.
