Level task use totem is not working

Hello,

I tried several times to use totem by dying and the /level did not acknoledge it
and as totems this season is scarce it has been a costly waste of cash for nothing
also does anyone know why raids are not working well, sometimes they end quickly and sometimes you can not find the raids

Max raid farm effect you can get is IV cuz difficulty is easy which means you can't get totems,
