let us use after win​

Detailed description:

add the feature that lets you use fireballs, blocks, pearls...etc after winning a bedwars game.
many people love using fireballs so they buy alot like 5, and they end up winning while having 3 fireballs and many blocks, they want to use them but they cant even though they won the game and deserve it.​

Reason(s):

its a small feature and doesnt require that much coding, and its not heavy for the server to handle.​
