Leader bypasses party mute​

Detailed description:

While playing pgs, there are often 8 or more people in party and at times the party chat gets hectic with all people typing / spamming msgs at the same time to counter which the party leader can /p mute (disabling everyone from typing in the party chat).

I believe the party leader himself must be able to speak in his party without any restrictions.​

Reason(s):

Well the leader must be able to speak i cant think of any reasons why not​

This is a good suggestion, especially because the leader can control the party mute. Wizardness can also speak in the events while chat is muted (obviously), so your suggestion is some obvious improvement.
