KitPvP Guide | PikaNetwork
This thread will go into topics which will help you start your journey on KitPvP. KitPvP is a Free for All gamemode where anyone can fight eachother in the deathzone and is oriented on what kit you're using, which team you're in and how good you are as a player. First thing you should know is that Kit is split into 3 main economies: Money, Experience, Essence. All of these currencies are essential to play on a competitive level between everyone else on Kit. The uses of each respective currencies are listed below:

Money:

• Auction House (/ah)
• Shop (/shop)
• Repairing Items in the Anvil. (Legend+: /fix hand Ultimate+: /fix all | Note: Commands to fix items are free)

Experience:

• Enchanting (/xpbottle <amount> | If you want to withdraw XP to sell/trade on the Auction House or to another player)

Essence:

• Essence Shop (/essence)
• Enchanting
• Salvaging
(/salvage)
• Alchemist (/alchemist | Note: You have to unlock it from /skilltree)

Now that you know our economy system, it's time for you to start fighting people! Use /kit and select a Player KIt (Knight, Archer, Viking, Pyro, Orc, Ninja). It's recommended to use Viking as it gives you Strength I which allows you to do extra damage to your opponent. There are other kits such as temporary kits (Weekly, Monthly) and Ranked Kits (VIP -> Omega) which can also be accessed if you have the required permissions to do so. Note that any ranked kit has a 1 hour cooldown and temporary kits have their own respective cool down (Weekly = 1 week cooldown. Monthly = 1 month cooldown). If you would like to access Ranked Kits make sure to buy a rank at https://store.pika-network.net/ or get a rank from Voting Crates at https://pika-network.net/vote/.

It's also recommended to join a Team so you could work together to take down stronger opponents together. Anyone in your Team or Teams which are allied with your Team cannot be attacked and for competitive play it's essential to join up with a Team. Important Team Commands can be listed below:

Team Information

• /team create <name> | Creates a Team which is owned by you
• /team show <team> | Shows statistics (such as Souls, Kills, Deaths) and both Online and Offline Players in the team you've searched up.

• /team description <desc> | Sets a Team Description for your Team (Note: You have a max of 12 characters to make up a description)
• /team kick <player> | Kicks a Player from your Team.
• /team leave | Leaves the current Team you're in.
• /team focus <player> | Focuses a Player
• /team ally <team> | Allies with another Team
• /team invite <player> | Invites a Player to your Team
• /team disband | Disbands your Team (Note: Has to be the Leader)
• /tc | Team Chat
• /team shop | Opens up the Team Show menu. With this, you're able to buy boosters and other goodies.

Gkits:

Gkits are kits which carry over to the next season. They are claimable every 7 days and give goodies such as: Armour sets, Potions, Boosters and Keys. They are able to be won from the seasonal crate aswell as /goldshop or at our store which can be mainly found at our store or in the form of Vouchers which can be won from both Events and Crates. The main recommended Gkits are: Potions, Christmas (commonly known as Xmas), Elderflame and Winter. With these sets, you can either fight in the deathzone or sell these items for a high price to other people. Gkits allow you to make a weekly income for yourself and the more Gkits you have the more you can earn per week.

Fishing:

Another way of making money is through Fishing. With a Fishing rod (which you can get for free from the Ninja Kit), you're able to fish up items and fishes which can be sold in the shop for large amounts of money. It's recommended to have an active money booster (from either the Outpost or a temporary booster such as a Team Booster) to multiply your income.

Events:

Events are automatically hosted by our server every hour in which everyone on the server competes for. You're able to view our event schedule through the command /events and see the information about what you have to do in that specific event. There are 6 events in total, and give better rewards depending on how hard they are to compete against. For example, a KOTH styled event (e.g Hardpoint) will offer better loot than the Treasure Chests Event since Hardpoint is much harder to compete for.

Fishing Event ➤ Players compete by fishing up as much fishes in 20 minutes. Top 3 Fishers get a Fishing Contest Event Lootbag
Treasure Chests Event ➤ 50 Treasure Chests get spawn randomly around the map giving goodies such as: Armour, God Apples, Money, Crate Keys and more!

Egg Crack Event ➤ Eggs drop randomly around the map that players can pick up. Your goal is to retrieve these eggs to Carl the Chicken which the NPC can be found South West of Spawn (XYZ: -104 / 72 / 133). The Top 3 players who've retrieved the most eggs to Carl will receive the Egg Crack Event Lootbag
Gold Rush Event ➤ Players start at 150 Gold and lose 10 Gold upon death and gain 10 Gold upon killing another player. At the end of the event, the Top 3 players who've accumulated the most gold will earn a Gold Rush Event Lootbag
Hardpoint Event
➤ There are 5 total co-ordinates in this event and one co-ordinate gets picked every 60 seconds for a total of 15 times (3 times per co-ordinate) where teams have to compete to dominate over an area to get Hardpoint Points for your Team. The teams that make it to the Top 3 earn a Hardpoint Event Lootbag (Note: Only the Team Leader gets the bag)
Stronghold Event ➤ Players will be teleported to a different area where they need to capture a point in order to win! Once time has past, the portal to the stronghold will be closed and it is not possible to rejoin the Stronghold Event if you died. When you're in the Stronghold Event, you cannot use any commands (for example, /spawn and /pv is disabled) until you're out of the stronghold by finishing it or dying. Remember that touching lava = Instant Death!

Quests/Levelling:

When you execute /quest you can complete challenges to earn Quest Exp and a Quest Case. Quest cases offer money, experience, kits, crate keys and more but you could also salvage them for essence in /salvage for 50 Essence. The Exp you earn from these quests contribute towards your Player Level and can be used as a flex to show your dedication to KitPvP! Once you reach a certain level, you can earn a Diamond Level Reward with PikaNetwork Gold. Be careful as Diamond Level Rewards only last a temporary amount of time and once they're gone they will be gone forever.

Skills Tree:

The Skills Tree can be viewed when you execute the command /skillstree. The Skill Tree gives you permanent perks for the whole season and can be bought with Power Points! Power Points can be earned by KOTHs which start automatically by the server. For KOTHs, it is recommended to be in a Team and have a Knockback 2 Sword (incase you want to hit your opponents off the Hill) to dominate the area! It is very important to focus on the right skills on the skill tree, so the most optimal skill tree would be:
Row 1: Alchemist I
Row 2: Dodge VIII, Serrated Strikes X, Hulk Mode III
Row 3: Maniac Killer VII
Row 4: Soul Harvester I (Leveled up to X if you want to compete for team top)
Row 5: Dodge 2 II
