kit pvp admin problem

this is a problem when admins won't listen to the player
well i got banned for crits but really i was just spamm jumping
and spam clicking... but let the player explain first before reporting them
like me i was there to report some hackers but why did i get banned?
cu'z the admins won't listen to me just pls let them explain first
