Kill effects​

Detailed description:

A /killeffects command which brings you to a similar gui to the /chatcolour and /nickcolour GUI's in which lets you chose some effects that pop out of a player when you kill them.​

Reason(s):

We already have nick colours and chat colours so I feel why not up our jazz and cosmetics by getting the nicest looking kill effects. In the early stages these kill effects wouldn't seem as rare however as the seasons go on and more kill effects get added the earlier ones would become more and more rare just like how the tags are. This would create a sense of value around them and it would be a nice addition to some cosmetics that are visible outside of the chat.​

Today I have recently seen axtyy use some sort of vanish where he disappears and it leaves a floral trial behind.
Some more could be
Fire particles coming from the player
Dragon breath particles
(If possible) A sign that shows: "R.I.P {username}" or something along those lines.
