Jail movement

at the moment the jail is verry easy to epearl into wich should not be allowed, players can accedently glitch into there and can be mistaken by staff that think they got jailed by other staff members. my suggestion is that the jail gets moved to under the ship me and Rich_baybeer have tried and there is only one way to epearl into there wich can be patched with 3 blocks so it makes a better jail while everyone can see the hacker noone can get in with them to trade their stuff. :)
