Ive Started lagging in some way

So ive playing on pika network for almost an year and my ping was all fine no lag. I only play bedwars and it was pretty fine BUT recently ive started facing some laggy issues . BUt my ping is fine still , around 120-130 ms . the problem is that when im holding a golden apple while holding W and holding right click ( eating a gapple while moving ) the player keeps on eating the gapple and doesnt stops nor eats like i dont know why , if i just make the player stand still and wat then hell eat nut not in other way . Same for Ender pearl i right click to throw and it like is used but not thrown , ( the white animation in hot bar only ) neither it is used . ANd same for the silver fish egg. This issue is not for Blocks or ladders . Although many times i quickly assort my inventory but then things just go here and there randomly . MAybe ive messed up my right click button ah idk . some times i jump off a bridge or something but get lagged back into the void or some thing , especially when i jump from a higher place to lower i lag back a bit and take fall damage. when i right click a shopekeeper an hold the button , the shop opens and immedieatly closes.
NOTE : I have started facing these issue about a week or two ago

Yup, today i've been lagging a lot as well. Not sure what's causing this
