isn't there anyway this server could be more enjoyable

there are several issue's that needs to be fixed and apart of that ,gamemode should be added.
i don't have any suggestion what gamemode this server should add and i got a feedback from this server that adding gamemode is a risky part.
anyone has knowledge about adding gamemode's?

i hope i will get a positive feedback.

You didn't specify a server. If you're talking about Creative there is already a survival gamemode from what I remember.
If you're talking about survival then this is completely useless.
