No, you can not. If you use it will say 'Login denied' when you log in, so I do not recommend.

it says you need to link your account to mc if you want to play with a vpn i tried but it says you need to be in the game which is impossible cause you cant join

Yes, you can use a VPN. If you go here and scroll down until you see deleted_user648's post, you could follow the steps he suggested to use a VPN.
