/is inspect doesnt work

Hello CSB players, this is my first post here, anyways, Admins/Developers, im writing to inform u that the comman, /is inspect doesnt work , i try typing /is inspect, it says its enabled, the prob is that, i try to right/left click blocks it doesnt show me any info an=bout them, so i may be mistaken here on how to use it, if so, id appreciate any help in how to use that command!
