so, aperrently i found out that the boosters (speed, jump, haste) is CONNECTED TO THE PLAYER UUID WHO HAVE THE BOOSTERS. this means that if you fish for them, you registered your player UUID to that booster.
basically:
- the redstone npc sell boosters, which cant be used because the boosters is connected to the redstone npc UUID.
- this also apply to the boosters on /ah, meaning its impossible to sell because it is connected to the seller's player UUID.
conclusion:
get a fishing rod from gold mine, go to stone mine and fish there until you have the booster you want (it is usable).
