/is ban

before the rollbacks i could ban someone from my island with /is ban [name] , now it doesn't seem to be working giving me an error [you don't have permission to use that command].
can some dev fix this?

I'm sure /is ban [name] existed before the rollbacks, me and chairman were banning each other with it.
it prevents the player from entering your island even if he sethome, even if he's flying he can't enter it.
