Detailed description:
Title: In-Game Challenges for Bedwars

Description:
Introduce a new feature in Bedwars: In-Game Challenges — a fixed set of various challenges players can complete during matches. Each challenge adds an extra objective beyond just winning, making the game more fun, intense, and unpredictable. Once a player completes a challenge, they earn a reward based on the difficulty of that challenge.
Challenges could include tasks like "Win without buying armor," "Break two beds within five minutes," or "Win a game without using blocks."
This system would make Bedwars more entertaining, increase player engagement, and give players more reasons to keep playing even after mastering basic gameplay.​

  • Increases player retention by adding rewarding side objectives.

Unique Bedwars Challenge Ideas:


  1. "No Middle Touch" Challenge
    • Win a game without stepping on middle islands even once.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right
  2. "Reverse Engineer" Challenge
    • Break a bed only after you've lost your own bed.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right
  3. "Inventory Hoarder" Challenge
    • Fill your entire inventory with items before winning.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right
  4. "No Melee Kill" Challenge
    • Win a game where you can only kill enemies using projectiles (fireballs, bows) or traps. No sword fighting.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right (my recommendation: projectile trails)
  5. "Pacifist Bedbreaker" Challenge
    • Break at least two beds without killing any player in that match.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right ( my recommendation: bed destroy effect)
  6. "DIY Upgrade" Challenge
    • Upgrade all your tools (pickaxe, axe, shears) to the maximum level before winning.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right
  7. "One Generator Only" Challenge
    • Play the entire game using resources from only your team's generator. No picking up diamonds, emeralds, or enemy loot.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right
  8. "Trap Lover" Challenge
    • Set off (trigger) at least 3 enemy traps before winning.
    • Reward: anything the server authorities feel right

I don't think some of them are even possible to implement, but I surely agree to the part that the new Quests should be added which can have some ideas from this thread used indirectly

quests are thing that can be achieved by just playing bedwars and are a time thing
but challenges makes a new layer of gameplay for bored bedwars players(me)
no middle touch is ezily possible
the 2nd one also
all possible ngl they just execute plugins not rly that hard..
