OP Prison Increase outpost cooldown

Suggestion:

Increase outpost cooldown​

Detailed description:

There should be a particular time when the outposts are held and once capped the cooldown should be longer i.e like 1-2 hours like opskyblock as opprison is not based on pvp so I would like you to increase the cooldown timer .​

Reason(s):

This would reduce the need to pvp like in this I need to go checkout every other minute someone is trying to cap the outpost while I am mining so it is difficult to manage it .​
