Increase hopper limit per chunk​

Detailed description:

Hello, i wanna suggest to increase the hopper limit per chunk, based on thiemos announcement it said "200" hoppers per chunk but the limit is 150 currently, either way both of the numbers are low, 350 would be nice in my opinion.​

Reason(s):

Reasons are people cant build average sized farm to earn some money, it is annoying aswell, im pretty sure yall did it so some of them dont build huge farms to break the server tps. So make it atleast 350 so we can build average sized farms and not small or huge.​
