Incompetent Admins aka Hackers in bedwars

I see hackers everyday for the past 2 months, me and my friend have posted multiple reports and gotten at least 50 people banned because of our reports through Youtube.

Rarely when an admin is online in the bedwars server and you ask them to spectate or ban a specific hacker they will tell you to just report online WHILST THEY ARE IN SERVER, PLAYING MULTIPLE ROUNDS WITH YOU.

Weekly when a post gets made about the state of the server, they lock the post with mentioning the report page link.

How can we get rid of these mentally dysfunctional administrators majority of which are 14 year olds and get a proper anti-cheat or admin system in place? Been playing this mode for at least 6 months and would love for it to be fixed.

Please keep it in mind that this is a cracked server, Hackers are always expected to be here, Aside from that, Calling Pika's Administration bunch of 14 years old won't benefit you nor benefit us.
What really benefits us is the will to help us make this server a better place for others, and that's by reporting rule breakers on forums.
