in game report system, for reporting users with modifications​

Detailed description:

a /report command which works ingame and you dont have to go to forms everytime you find someone hacking.​

Reason(s):

its tedious to go to forms everytime you have to report someone. Just seems more efficient.​

Example(s):

for eg: if im playing and i find someone using kill aura, i can on the spot do /report Username Killaura instead of going to record my screen then going to open my browser then going to the report player forms then filling it out.​
