Detailed description:
The new OneBlock gamemode opens up tons of ideas for expansion inside the gamemode. With the release also came issues, some stuff that developers didn't think about enough and uncomfortable gameplay things.
Today, I want to talk about the things that I would like to have implemented or improved, as they are necessary in my opinion.
QoL changes

IMPORTANT:
Balance the experience rewards from mobs! Every mob can be killed with just 1 hit now!

Today, I want to talk about the things that I would like to have implemented or improved, as they are necessary in my opinion.
QoL changes
- Option in /settings, to toggle wether to confirm droping a diamond or netherite tool/sword
Drop it again within 5 seconds to confirm.
- Being able to toggle receiving payments from players in /settings
- Being able to open multiple crate keys at once
- Replacing the Sellwand Stick as item with a Sellwand Golden Hoe
Cosmetic improvements
- Adding different Phase colors. Instead of P20 in aqua, it can be P20, P16, P7
- Addition of Armor Trim templates in phase chests, making some of them valuable (e.g. Vex trim in Phase 22)
- Renaming everything regarding "OneBlock" to "Island", reason below
Gameplay Improvement
- Addition of Loot Collector (Chest) and Loot Collector (Trapped Chest), collecting every item being dropped from a Treasure Chest from the OneBlock, after being broken
- Give Leather a use - make it /sell-able
- Give Nether Stars a use - make beacons craftable or replace Nether Stars with Glowstone dust (or something else)
IMPORTANT:

QoL changes are all part of other gamemodes and improve misunderstanding (sellwands), spamming (payment) and accidents (drop confirmation).
Cosmetics are always welcomed by players. Variety and unique looks is something players even like to pay gold for.
The mentioned gameplay improvements avoid filled hopper systems with unstackable items (Loot collector chests), and balance economy and OneBlock progress (Experience balance).
Rename "OneBlock"-stuff to "Island".
The OneBlock is still your island. It sounds stupid to "Go to your OneBlock" or "This is the owner of the OneBlock"
It's still an island, and it should stay like that. "Island" sounds better in every way! "Warp to your island", "This is the owner of the Island" - Much better...
