Improve ranked queues​

Detailed description:

So at the moment the way ranked queues work is each player needs to have the same elo range. For example if I am 1100 and I have been in the queue for 1 minute my elo range will be about 900-1200. BUT if a 1000 then joins the queue they will also need to wait a minute until they reach 900-1100. This means queue takes AGES. If a player is searching for a game in the 1000 elo range and a 1000 elo player joins they should queue each other instantly.​

Ranked queues are diabolical for anyone above 1050 elo​

This is probably the reason I don't play ranked, it takes ages to find someone and it rarely finds a player instantly so +1 even though I'm not sure what will happen with this
