I was misbanned for 7 days for "Use of Client Modification"

I never used mods in my entire life i only had a resource pack which was completely harmless, i do have optifine in my folders but i dont even use it in online servers only in survival.
Pika please unban me on my account, i did nothing. Also, could you please fix this bug, when i bridge i some how get stuck in a block and some times they even just turn white for nothing and another bug is that my blocks keep on leaving my inventory and then once i open the shop or maybe a chest it comes back.
