I was banned for hacking but I wasn't hacking

Dear PikaNetwork, I got banned today on my account " Vladstan " for no reason on your server. It said that I was hacking on bedwars but I got one lucky game where I popped off. If you could please unban me I would be greatful. I destroyed 5 beds and my team won. I was trying to get my friend her first win and got banned a few games later. I hope you can help me.
