I think i got denied on staff application because of my play time

So yeah I just started like 3 weeks ago, And I decided to apply staff but I got denied so I think I need more playtime.

Everything's good on my application but I'm just asking to myself what is the reason why I got denied?
Well I think I got denied because of my playtime.
Anyways I will reapply next month wish me good luck!
