I log on, and my whole base is gone like it never existed.

My items are gone, 2 alts of mine are gone.

Private Vault empty, money gone, knight keys loot gone.

I paid for those keys and ALL the loot is gone, if this is not gonna get fixed im getting my money back.

Bug appeal can be submitted here: https://pika-network.net/bug-report/ .

It's hard to prove anything without video proof or multiple screenshots perhaps combination of new and old ones. Even screenshots are questionable especially in this situation where you was able to lost all loot due raid, which happened quite recently besides items in private vault and money (if not paied to stop raiders).

However you can try to get your items back by making thread here: https://pika-network.net/support-ticket/.

Be aware that cropped screenshoots are not count as valid.
