I got scammed by PikaNetwork.

I bought VIP rank from web store. In game my friends saw that I donated and I received email in which is specified that I bought rank. On my PayPal it says that I bought x1 VIP rank. Still, after days of waiting for staff to look at my Payment Related text, nothing... I want owners to do something because I wanted to get Elite rank up this month by voting. I won't be able to do that if I don't have that VIP which I bought with my money.

Mine took like 2-3 days or something, I didn't notice too quickly since I went offline. Just please have patience, it's not like they only focus on the server they run for their whole lives.

u could have rather voteed and got an vip for free
and then rank upgrade to elite with much better perks

but so did countless others
first come first serve and the erquests as birdge said are handled by owners to make sure no issue is there
