I am sorry for the incovinience, but there is nothing we can do since you don't have valid evidence.Video evidence is required for the Scamming rule, keep that in mind next time you trade with someone. Unfortunately, even if you provide valid evidence of someone scamming you we are not able to refund your item(s).
Also the correct way to report a player is to fill out this form(with valid evidence).

Sometimes scamming is allowed it just depends what gamemode we are talking about, but you'd need to provide valid evidence by simply reporting them
