I GOT BANNED ON THE SERVER FOR NO REASON

Hi , i got banned a perma ban on your server pika-network for no reason its says i got banned for advirtising when i did not do that .I allways play bedwars on this server and i realy like bedwars but i cant play bcs i got banned for no reason :(
