I got banned for no reason

I got banned for no reason. I was told that I was hacking but I clearly was not. I was building a bridge towards an enemies island, and shifting at the edge of the block, and out of newhere I got banned. Can staff please help me with this problem, I didn`t do enything wrong. Pls help.
