I GOT BANNED BCOZ OF PIKA NET'S LAG

Today I was casually playing bedwars with my friends and before respawning we go in spectator mode but I stayed there even after the respawning timer and got a banned for 1 week message :)
I don't know what to do now... The fuck is going on. The real hackers ruin our games but the server does nothing about them and we get banned for the server lag
