I cant join into Pika Network

When I try to join into the server it says that "Server is currently in whitelist. Please Try Again Later" and then says "Whoops! Something went wrong" I don't know why it says that I have not been banned and I just played 2 hours ago so I don't know the issue. I have a Donator rank in OpSkyblock. Please help me.
