I've been on the server for a long time, with a bad pc and good pc, I currently have a GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER and an i7-10700 processor, the lobbies/hubs get laggy most of the time, (it runs at like 60-100 fps,sometimes even 30, and when I go in a game I get 600+ FPS) I cant imagine playing this on a low-end computer anymore! This isnt just for Bedwars lobbies, but for every lobby itself! Overdecoration is one of the reasons why its so laggy, the Lobby on Bedwars, Skywars, and other minigames are also HUGE! Including the main hub, but the main hub isnt as laggy, and its fine honestly, the minigame lobbies are the reason, it's not needed to overdecorate and make the hubs so huge, no one will go around looking at the hub and be like: oh damn i wish this was bigger so i could explore the hub instead of playing the game, seriously, its very unneeded and it really is bad.. Take the Hypixel lobby for an example, its just parkours and most of it is air so low end computers can handle it, Hypixel lobbies run very well, but Pika lobbies are too big. You dont need a huge lobby.
