How to buy someone's claimed land when the owner is not there for days?

I have a very less amount of claimed blocks left so I want to buy someone's claimed blocks so that I can increase my land for farming and also for xp farms. So I want to buy the claimed land of a person who lived near me but now he has shifted his home so I want to buy his land. Can anyone please help me out?

That's just not a thing. Their land is always going to be claimed. If you want more room to build, you're either gonna have to move to a more open area, or expand in a different direction.

As for getting more claimblocks, you get more as you play. The only other way to get more claimblocks is to buy claimblock vouchers off the auction house or win them from crates
