Hmm Missing Blocks

When I played kit-pvp I found 2 missing blocks with water on it {sorry for no screenshot}
Make sure The server MUST BE ALL PERFECT

Lol when the server isn't perfect, it gives it character.... XD yah lol where exactly are they missing because I haven't noticed them?
