If they're on creative they are still catching rule breakers..

if you find staff in creative then probably they are checking ban reports

Most staff in Creative are probably checking ban appeals and reports. Its a place where the staff can just get away from hundreds of PM's about questions. And being a staff member doesn't not mean you can not play Pika
