Help Please : Spawners are confusing

Im curious on how the spawner system works. whats the spacing between each spawner needs to be and how far do you need to be for the spawners to work. specifically in refrence to silverfish spawners. when im directly beside them they do not spawn. what is the optimal setup for the best yeild from the spawner room.

Hello! You have to make sure that its in your claims, and its /f set base or /f set home and if you think that spawner is bugging you can make a report here https://pika-network.net/bug-report

spacing between spawners can be done in many orders vertically you can have no free space but horizontally you should do one free block every second pillar,
resulting in 2x2 pillars that are in my opinion the best, if you want the spawner to work you would need to be in an 8 block radius ( 8 blocks in every direction )
if you talk about silverfish they die on soul sand, so many use it for the kill method but you can also let them fall on the ground and die that way. Silverfish drop diamonds until about 64 spawners ( not sure ) and every higher level drops a diamond block. Be free to ask the forums anything so banned players like me can answer in their free time!
