today i just bought a voucher for arcane orb it said error and refused to refund what it took i shook it off and claimed my neutron lootbox and it refused again and now i must wait another 1.5 days to get it and also my gamma loot box that i got from the epic crate what is going on? please refund or give me the items i did nothing wrong what is the reason for these errors?
