eg when i didnt get my rank on server i took screenshots of receipt showed an admin who told /sent to head admin who fixed for me
But remember you must have proof of your receipt
Also the transaction wont have gone through if you weren't online and you wont be refunded

I have a Question though... Why is there a Massive amount of people saying they bought something but then show no proof of buying it... Just saying.
