Have Chat mods​

Detailed description:

Ok so, my suggestion is
For yall to make a different role for chat moderators, yall can have allot of chat moderators ranks (chat mod, head chat mod, senior chat mod, admin chat mod, senior admin chat mod) , 2-3 ranks, or just 1, their job will just be to moderate the discord. its so ingame staff have less jobs to do and it'd be nice, obviously there will be seperated applications for that.
AND MAYBE (if yall want)
chat mods if they reach the max rank they can get after a while they may have a chance of being promoted to ingame mod​

Reason(s):

I feel like this is necessary having 2 categorys, considering that ingame mods arleady have allot of work to do and having a while different category just for staff would be better. Since like i feel we will always need a chat mod in chat and allot of mods dont really camp chat, that will be the job for chat mods​

Uh Maybe if yall want allot of ranks
Chat Moderator
Head chat moderator
Senior chat moderator
Admin Chat Moderator

Or just Chat mod and admin chat mod
Also yall could add "Trial chat mod" yall can pick out of all those options​

I don’t think theres a need for a separate discord staff team or discord staff team roles. The current way of how staff team handles Discord, forums and in-game moderation is really good. Adding this would just create unnecessary problems.
