Guild discord command.​

Detailed description:

Add guild discord command so that the guild officers/owner could share their guilds discord server. Command will be `/guild discord` or /g dc` and after using it, the link to discord server will appear in the chat. ​

To set it, command can be `/guild discord add <link>` or `/g dc add <link>`.​

Reason(s):

Nowadays, almost every guild has a private/public discord server for its members and others, adding this command will make it easy to share the discord server's link. ​

It will be easier to communicate with guild members when they or the officer/owner isn't online ingame.​

Example(s):

`/guild discord add <link>` to set it and `/guild discord` to use it.​
