Got banned and falsely accused

I got banned from server and it says the reason is client modifactions. Please look into this issue your console or whatever it seems like a mod or programme i think it needs to be fixed. I got banned for 9mins only but can really be a big issue. I have seen many hackers in the game which are not being banned even after jumping from island to island. This really fustrated me cause it kicked me mid game
