Detailed description:

Global cosmetic sale:
So now we all know that stores have sale like reset and x-mas
im suggesting why not when there is a sale on store there is a sale on cosmetics as
only ranked players have cosmetics sale which is not fair in my opinion
as some cosmetics are very expensive and hard to get
for this as an example there is a reset sale of 50% on store that means there is a sale of 50% on cosmetics and kits and stuff
BUT:
To make it fair we know that for eg elite has a sale of 20% but if there is global sale of 50% they dont get 70% instead they get the 50% everyone else is getting.​

Reason(s):

This would be very good as a lot of people struggle buying what they want and it will make the whole pika more competitve​

I assume you are talking about the cosmetics in minigames. I personally dont think implementing this would make the gamemodes more competitive and it is just not needed imo.

It would make getting cosmetics a lot more easier than it already is
