Invalid BedWars Glitching after dying "respawn"

Glitching after dying "respawn"​

Detailed description of the bug:

I start every game smoothly without any issue but once i die i start glitching on the respawn area unless someone Hit me or i wait so long to get out​

What did you do for this bug to happen?

I Tried to look on my settings if something is wrong but nothing really changed, it's been happening like 1 day now like a lot​
