Gkit unable to use

I bought a gkit and was going to give it to a is a member on opskyblock and kept it in my pv and after a day the is member didn't want the gkit and now, I'm giving it to my alt, but I can't use the treasure gkit on my alt for some reason it doesn't let me right click it.
The gkit is on my alt Dragon1_2

I already reported it in bugs and help forums, but i got no answer

Season is about to end.
I got a similar problem in opp , while I was opening my booster kits , I wasn't able to redeem it , also when I gave it to someone , they were able to use it.

But mine is a perm treasure gkit and I tried to open it in 2 other alts and it wouldn't work
