Detailed description:

Hi I have got a weekly silver rank from the vote crate but I already have the gold rank. It compensated me nothing from getting the silver rank. Please compensate us with something like some advance keys, or some iron.​

Reason(s):

It is not logical to get the rarest thing from the crate but you got nothing because you already have a donator rank already.​
