Reason(s):
Swords deal damage even while blocking, and sometimes even when the attacker isn’t facing you or you’ve already walked away.
Anyone abusing the sword mechanics has a huge, unfair edge—making fights frustrating and one-sided.
Fights feel less competitive and more like exploiting a broken mechanic, which pushes real PvP players away.
The current sword meta rewards people who abuse glitches rather than those who actually play fair.

Game-Breaking Sword Needs Immediate Fix
Detailed description:
Hello fellow players/staff,
I’d like to address a major issue with swords in OPFactions that’s seriously affecting the balance and enjoyment of the gamemode.
Right now, swords are completely broken—and not in a good way. As seen in recent videos and firsthand experience, players are able to deal full damage even while blocking, which eliminates any real skill from PvP. It’s essentially spam clicking with no downside, and it turns fights into a mess of unfair mechanics.
But here’s the most frustrating part:
Players can still do damage even when I'm not hitting them or when I’ve already walked away from the fight. How is that even possible? It makes no sense. It feels like there's zero logic behind the hit registration or damage calculation, and it’s just not fun for anyone who actually wants a fair and competitive fight.

Thanks for your time, and I hope this gets looked into soon.

It feels like there's zero logic behind the hit registration or damage calculation, and it’s just not fun for anyone who actually wants a fair and competitive fight.
Key Issues:
- Blocking while dealing full damage makes swords overpowered and mindless.
- Players can still damage others even after they've disengaged, which feels like blatant bug abuse.
- There's no incentive for actual PvP skill, just exploiting mechanics.
- It makes OPFactions feel broken and frustrating instead of enjoyable.
Suggestions:
- Patch the sword mechanics—especially the blocking damage issue.
- Investigate why damage can still go through even when players are walking away or not engaging.
- Temporarily disable swords if needed until a proper fix is implemented.
- Long-term: rework sword combat to encourage skill, timing, and fairness.
Thanks for your time, and I hope this gets looked into soon.
Reason(s):
1. No Skill Required
Players can spam swords and still win fights without timing, aim, or strategy. It completely kills skill-based PvP.2. Bugged Damage
Swords deal damage even while blocking, and sometimes even when the attacker isn’t facing you or you’ve already walked away.
3. Unfair Advantage
Anyone abusing the sword mechanics has a huge, unfair edge—making fights frustrating and one-sided.
4. Breaks the Fun
Fights feel less competitive and more like exploiting a broken mechanic, which pushes real PvP players away.
5. Encourages Toxic Play
The current sword meta rewards people who abuse glitches rather than those who actually play fair.
