Denied Global Friend message inbox

Friend message inbox​

Detailed description:

There should be a system where you could send a message to one of your in-game friends even when they are not online.
This could be possible by a command like /friend mail [message],
for short - /f m [message].
The other person should see the messages we send if they do /friend inbox or /f inbox for short.
Whenever the other person logs on they should receive a notification that
"LUCKYBOY2345 has send you a message, please type /f inbox to view the message".​

Reason(s):

This idea could be really usefull to the people in the server who has friends that lives on a completely different timezones than them.
There is no way that you can talk to them if you don't have his/her's discord and a lot of people who plays in the server is not in Pika forms.​
