i got ban for 30 days and regretful freezed me at that point but now when i was in practise i cant inv someone and do anything cause of freeze and i need help

no listen regretful aint helping me with this he said he will help me and ig he dont want to unfreeze me its not fair tbh i spent many years on this server and grinded alot
