Fixing shockwave and obsidian breaker​

Detailed description:

When you're mining wall traces with water on them using shockwave 3 will only make the water float and the water will not pour down sometimes this is quite annoying especially when you're in a hurry, maybe if you guys can fix this problem alot of people will appreciate it. Same thing with obsidian breaker, breaking obby on water will not 'update' the water source around it i would like to suggest that the shockwave and obby enchants would be able to update water blocks.​

This has been done on purpose, this helps a lot with the performance so it doesn't need to recalculate gravty for each surrounding block.​
